Fee Rules – SRI AUROBINDO CONVENT

The fee will be collected by 15th of every due month and if 15th falls on a holiday, the next working day will be the last day for collecting the fee without imposing late fee.
1. If the fee is not deposited till the 15th of a month, late fee will be charged for each day including holidays. The student’s name will be struck off from the register if the fee is not deposited till end of the month.
1. Except for caution money, fees once deposited will not be refunded. If a student seeks to leave school for whatever reason, a notice of withdrawal, at least a month in advance, will have to be submitted, failing which he will be required to deposit one months tuition and other relevant fees.
1. A student seeking admission during mid- session will have to pay all the general fees for the full year, the examination fee for the remaining examinations and the tuition fee for 12 months.
